Terms of Service

By accessing, downloading, installing, registering for, or using Project Flash in any form, including but not limited to the Project Flash private server, game services, launcher, website, Discord server, APIs, and any other related services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Terms of Service and Privacy Policy agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, you must immediately discontinue use of Project Flash and all associated services.

Project Flash is a fan-made private server project created solely for educational, experimental, and entertainment purposes. Project Flash is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, partnered with, or connected in any way to Epic Games, Fortnite, Unreal Engine, or any subsidiaries, partners, or affiliates of Epic Games. All trademarks, copyrights, logos, game names, character designs, assets, sounds, and intellectual property referenced or used remain the property of their respective owners. Epic Games bears no responsibility for Project Flash, its operation, or any consequences arising from its use.

You must be at least thirteen years of age to use Project Flash. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under the age of legal adulthood in your country or region, you confirm that you have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the service. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Project Flash complies with all local, national, and international laws applicable to you.

Project Flash may require you to create an account or use login credentials. Harassment, hate speech, threats, discrimination, impersonation, doxxing, spreading malware, phishing, scams, or any form of illegal or malicious behavior is strictly prohibited. Project Flash reserves the right to take any action deemed necessary to protect the community, including warnings, temporary suspensions, permanent bans, account resets, or removal of access at its sole discretion.

Project Flash is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no guarantees regarding server uptime, availability, performance, stability, data persistence, or error-free operation. Servers may be reset, wiped, rolled back, or shut down at any time for maintenance, development, moderation, legal, or operational reasons. You acknowledge that virtual items, progress, statistics, accounts, or data may be lost at any time without compensation.

You understand and agree that using Project Flash may involve technical risks, including but not limited to crashes, bugs, incompatibility, data loss, or system instability. Project Flash is not responsible for any damage to your computer, operating system, files, network, or hardware resulting from the use or inability to use the service. Use of Project Flash is entirely at your own risk.

Project Flash does not guarantee that the service will remain available indefinitely. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, restrict, or permanently discontinue Project Flash or any part of it at any time, with or without notice. We also reserve the right to change gameplay features, supported versions, mechanics, progression systems, or access requirements at our discretion.
